Junior Operations Analysts (JOA) work in the Command Centre, providing 24/7 Level 1/2 infrastructure monitoring support for all Kingfisher banners. This critical role involves incident management, identifying and reporting issues on live applications, and performing initial problem diagnosis and recovery, escalating to specialized teams as necessary.
