About the Role

We are seeking a driven teammate who pays attention to detail with excellent organization and communication skills. This Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

• Consolidating and analysing financial data, preparing commentary, and understanding opportunities, risks, and trends that impact the business
• Business partnering with key stakeholders and presenting analysis
• Supporting the annual financial planning cycle, monthly forecasting, and reporting process
• Working with the finance team to prepare various reports as required
• Learning new reporting technologies and tools, proactively participating in processes and systems improvements to drive performance

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting degree
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• ACA/ACCA or CIMA professional qualification

Other Qualifications

• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a mindset to deliver and over-achieve
• Maturity to drive initiatives forward, step up, and be a proactive contributor
• Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes in a high-growth environment
• Software and/or internet industry experience
• Experience with US multi-national companies
• Knowledge of Workday systems
