Join Our Construction Team as a Commercial Manager in London

Location: London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract: Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Manager, you'll work within the Commercial team, supporting the management and control of all commercial aspects of your projects, and developing and delivering commercial strategies aligned with business needs.

Your daily responsibilities include:

1. Providing assistance, support, and guidance on all commercial issues within projects, helping commercial staff reach their full potential.
2. Reviewing all commercial plans to maximize margins and providing contractual advice during tendering.
3. Managing VCRs monthly to meet Business Unit/Company requirements and preparing necessary reports.
4. Managing and reviewing cost-to-complete forecasts, ensuring timely submissions of valuations, and maximizing monthly valuations.
5. Carrying out cash flow and Work in Progress reporting.
