The Night Manager will oversee all back-of-house functions in a store generating over £40 million annually. Responsibilities include managing replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising, health and safety, and store administration. The ideal candidate will have a retail background with experience in back-of-house operations or a passion for retail operations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to uphold store standards are essential.

In return, the company offers a salary of up to £32,000, a night allowance of up to 40%, and a performance bonus of up to 12%. Additionally, employees benefit from 52 days off per year, with a shift pattern of three days on, three days off.
