WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will ensure our data is clean, enriched, and ready to support campaigns, customer retention, sales, and product strategy. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you will monitor data flows, maintain and improve enrichment processes in tools like Clay and HubSpot, and align our systems with market needs.

Your responsibilities include identifying and resolving data quality issues, tagging records, conducting ad-hoc research for data hygiene, and suggesting improvements for reporting accuracy. You will help shape workflows to enhance data utility and strategic value.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Experience with CRM and data platforms (HubSpot, Clay) and understanding of marketing/sales workflows
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, formulas, and data manipulation
• Research skills and process-driven mindset
• Interest in learning technical concepts like APIs and enrichment tools
• Knowledge of eCommerce principles and lead generation is a plus
