A leading End-point Assessment Organisation is looking to recruit a Data Analyst Assessor to support the readiness for EPA Gateway and conduct End-point Assessments for apprentices completing the Level 3 and Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.

The role is fully remote/home based with flexible working hours.

About the job:

The Independent Assessor's key responsibility is to conduct End-point Assessments across apprenticeship standards. You will work independently, using your subject matter expertise to assess evidence across the entire Apprenticeship Standard, making judgments and grading in line with Assessment Plans by conducting interviews, reviewing submitted evidence, and applying grading criteria with constructive feedback to training providers.

In addition to regular assessments, employees are encouraged to develop professionally through CPD, and you may support product development by creating digital content and designing EPA resources and projects.

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and extensive experience in the industry. You should be a personable, strong communicator with a positive approach to building relationships with learners and stakeholders. A proactive mindset is essential, and you should be willing to get involved in projects and product development across the business. Prior apprenticeship experience is not required, but a willingness to develop knowledge in this area is necessary.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least three years of experience in the data industry, including analyzing, manipulating, and forecasting data sets, with proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, applications, and tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Ability to follow processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and soft skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Strong customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain impartial, fair, and unbiased at all times.
