Role Summary

The Commercial Finance Manager oversees client reporting for Hogarth, working closely with the Sr. Commercial Finance Director and global clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing complex reporting and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business development and internal teams
• Price responses to RFPs, collaborating with product, new business, and client teams
• Lead month-end processes, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Work with the Commercial Director on client rate cards and financial impact analysis
• Create KPI and QBR presentations with management guidance
• Identify new metrics to add value to the business
• Run reports, reconcile data, and ensure data integrity
• Maintain and update reports and dashboards
• Research economic conditions affecting sales
• Understand commercial transactions

Job Requirements

• Experience in financial or data analysis
• Fully qualified accountant with around 3 years PQE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including report automation (pivots, VLOOKUPs, macros)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Mac
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Project management experience with complex projects
• Knowledge of sales metrics and enterprise processes
• Understanding of how business processes impact reporting
• Multi-tasking skills for managing multiple projects
