The BHRUT EPR Programme Team is excited to offer a fixed-term or secondment opportunity for the role of EPR Recruitment and Workforce Project Officer.
With the new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) going live in September 2025, we seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to support recruitment and broader workforce projects, assisting the Head of EPR Workforce.
The postholder will manage comprehensive recruitment and project support to ensure successful resourcing and retention within the EPR programme. Responsibilities include managing timely recruitment processes compliant with NHS policies and legislation, supporting organisational change, retention, development activities, rostering, and managing annual leave.
