About the role

Join our Communications team in Brighton as a Communications Assistant. You will support the delivery of daily marketing activities and contribute to internal and external projects, helping to communicate effectively with our global audience.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as raising quotes, processing purchase orders, and coordinating meetings.
  • Support the communications helpdesk by delegating tasks, tracking deadlines, and liaising with teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, press releases, blogs, and case studies.
  • Assist in executing the communications calendar, supporting content creation, translation, and proofreading to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update Paxton's websites and social media channels, monitor media activity, and support events like trade shows and exhibitions.
