We are looking for a creative thinker who can bring different perspectives to our London team. The successful candidate will have some experience in communications or the media, but most importantly is highly motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

As a Communications Executive you will support the smooth running of day-to-day creative marketing projects for a variety of clients, across a range of communications teams. You will help us to realise big ideas for our clients in the real world, and through brilliant execution, help to get them noticed in the right channels, exceeding all expectations and compelling clients to work with us again and again.

You will be are creative, energetic and brimming with enthusiasm, you will have an unrelenting desire to learn and constantly improve. You will be highly capable and an effective communicator. You will also have ideas on how to find and tell stories proactively and how to bring them to life for different audiences.

The ideal person will be driven, confident and motivated to bring new ideas to the table. They will be able to work independently and in a team – proactivity is important. Our ideal person will be a quick learner and able to grasp the breadth and complexity of what our business does but communicate simply and effectively in an exciting way.

They will have excellent organisational skills, be comfortable in working to tight deadlines and relish a challenge. They will have an eye for detail.

About the Role

  • You will use your strong communication skills to work for clients, delivering work across PR, influencer, partnerships and more
  • You will participate confidently in all client communications across multiple channels – e.g., email, phone, teams, zoom, face to face
  • You will bring creative thinking, diversity of experience and be encouraged to speak up and share your own unique perspective and ideas
  • You will draft written content accurately for a variety of work streams and projects
  • You will learn to monitor and gather research and insight to help us understand cultural trends
  • You will participate in brainstorms and ideation for our clients
  • You will be expected to keep your finger on the pulse of what is happening across fashion and lifestyle trends and keep the team updated on relevant themes
  • You will also collate, measure and evaluate campaign outputs
