Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

As part of Anglian Water’s @One Alliance, we aim to create a sustainable and resilient water future. With an ambitious £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, we are transforming infrastructure, sustainability, and digital innovation to protect the environment and support communities.

With increased workload, our engineering projects require enthusiasm and innovation. To support our Nitrates Schemes, we seek an Electrical Engineer for our Water Non-Infrastructure team.

What will you be doing as our Electrical Engineer?

You will provide electrical engineering technical input to projects within the Anglian Water region, working in a diverse and inclusive team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems.
2. Design and specify LV assemblies (MCC, LV Switchboards, Control Panels).
3. Review LV electrical designs from contractors (schematics, cable calculations, diagrams).
4. Specify instrumentation based on process design.

Skills, experience, and behaviors:

You should have extensive project engineering experience, a relevant degree, and a strong electrical background, ideally in water. A team-oriented approach to solving complex problems is essential.
