Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

As part of Anglian Water’s @one Alliance, we aim to create a sustainable and resilient water future. With an ambitious £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, we are revolutionising infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation to protect the environment and support communities.

With significant upcoming projects, our Delivery team needs enthusiastic and innovative engineers to deliver engineering excellence. To support our Nitrates Schemes, we’re seeking an Electrical Engineer in our Water Non-Infrastructure team.

What will you be doing as our Electrical Engineer?

As a talented and driven Electrical Engineer in our diverse and inclusive team, you’ll provide electrical engineering technical input to projects within the Anglian Water region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems
• Design and specify LV assemblies (MCC, LV Switchboards, and Control Panels)
• Review LV electrical designs produced by contractors (schematics, cable calculations, diagrams)
• Specify and select instrumentation based on process design

Skills, Experience, and Behaviors

You should have extensive experience in a project engineering environment and hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline. A strong background in electrical engineering, ideally in the water sector, and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems are essential.
