Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Off the Tools) £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £70K) + Training + Progression + Optional Overtime + Days

Location: Only Peterborough

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar looking to come off the tools in a days-only supervisory role? Do you want to work for an ambitious company offering internal progression routes into senior roles, in-house training to further boost your skillset, and plenty of optional overtime to significantly boost your earnings?

Do you want responsibility, leading a team of electrical engineers in an industrial environment while reporting directly to the project manager?

On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company that provides a comprehensive range of engineering services for industrial and commercial clients. Founded almost 50 years ago, this company has experienced consistent, organic growth and is looking to further bolster their electrical testing team through internal promotions.

This role begins with hands-on work to learn company processes before transitioning into a supervisory role. You will be responsible for a small team of engineers carrying out electrical installations and testing in a factory setting.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee the team's work, ensuring it is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

This role is suitable for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar seeking to move off the tools into a days-only supervisory position with a company offering internal progression, in-house training, and optional overtime to increase earnings.

Role: Supervising a small team of electrical engineers in a factory setting

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with optional overtime
