Salary

Up to £58,000 per year, depending on experience & volume, plus bonus. Open to negotiation.

Responsibilities of the Caravan General Manager

• Delivering the 'Caravan of Love' customer experience with your team, serving our globally inspired food and drinks, influenced by New Zealand and international flavors
• Collaborating with your Head Chef to develop and support your team
• Continuously developing your own knowledge and skills, taking ownership of your role and restaurant
