The primary purpose of this role is to respond very promptly and professionally to email and support queries sent to the eBusiness team.
Typically, this involves answering queries, making configuration changes to permissions, restrictions and settings for users, helping and advising both internal and external customers on eBusiness matters and generally supporting all users of the platform.
The role includes supporting eBusiness Specialists with occasional, online customer video calls and basic internal sales staff training. You will receive support in the role from the eBusiness Specialist to whom you report as well as your other eBusiness Team colleagues. You will be welcomed into a very successful, established team whose members are always positive, respectful and supportive of each other.
