Job summary

Softcat is seeking an eBusiness Executive in Manchester, Lancashire, to respond to email and support queries for the eBusiness team.

You will amend settings, assist both internal and external customers, and help with basic internal training while being supported by the team.

Responsibilities

• Answer email / support queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions and solutions
• Amending settings and permissions for Softcat and customer users on the eBusiness platform
• Supporting internal and external customers with their use of Softcat's eBusiness platform
• Support the delivery of basic internal training and awareness sessions with Softcat staff
• Identifying issues that need escalation and/or diversion to other team members or other departments and ensuring a response is given
