Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust seeks an EBTS Lead responsible for the Haemonetics Electronic Blood Tracking System across NNUH and Cromer Hospital. You will support maintenance, troubleshooting and validation to ensure safe, high-quality care, and update related policies and SOPs. Training will be provided.

The role involves logging and reporting, daily checks, and collaboration with a large NHS workforce in a teaching hospital environment with extensive staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsible for the Haemonetics Electronic Blood Tracking System (EBTS) at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and Cromer Hospital.
• Assist with system maintenance, support/troubleshooting and validation to support delivery of safe healthcare.
• Manage updates to policies and SOPs relating to EBTS and interrogate the database to produce reports.
