Willow Recruit in Birmingham is seeking an experienced eBilling Assistant to join a fast-paced finance team. You will oversee electronic invoicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for clients requiring e-Billing across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and opportunities to work with a well-established firm, utilizing platforms like Elite 3E and Aderant while developing client-facing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Billing/ebilling experience in a legal/professional services setting.
• Experience with client portals and billing platforms (Elite 3E, Aderant).
• Ability to handle high-volume billing and strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and upload invoices to client e-Billing platforms within timelines.
• Monitor e-Billing systems and maintain up-to-date client and financial data.
• Investigate and resolve invoice rejections with clients and internal teams.
• Manage aged invoices with Credit Control and Billing teams.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Handle multi-currency transactions and high-volume processing across jurisdictions.
• Generate reports and analytics for senior management.
• Assist with client onboarding of billing arrangements.
