Job summary

Willow Recruit is seeking an eBilling Assistant in Leeds. The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and a salary up to £40,000, plus excellent benefits. You will join a dynamic finance team handling electronic invoices for key clients across currencies and jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has eBilling experience in a legal setting, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing/eBilling within a professional services or legal environment.
• Proficient with client portals and e‑Billing platforms.
• Ability to handle high‑volume billing and tight deadlines.
• Experience with multi‑currency billing and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process electronic invoices to client e‑Billing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements, including VAT rules.
• Maintain accurate data: timekeeper records, matter rates, and invoice information.
• Investigate and resolve invoice rejections; liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Manage aged invoices with Credit Control and Billing teams to secure payments.
• Generate reports and analytics for accruals, budgets and management summaries.
• Assist with client onboarding and ensure billing arrangements are in place.
