Linklaters is seeking an eBilling Coordinator to support client onboarding and ongoing billing operations. You will manage client setup on eBilling platforms, maintain profiles, and partner with Finance and the broader business to drive billing efficiency and compliance.
You will build strong client relationships, resolve queries quickly, and produce MI on eBilling performance while identifying process improvements to reduce onboarding times and enhance accuracy.

As an eBilling Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s billing operations by managing client onboarding to eBilling platforms, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless transition from client setup through to ongoing billing activities. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, you will help drive billing efficiency, ensure compliance with client and industry requirements, and contribute to the delivery of a high‑quality service.
