The Role

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the firm's communication and engagement strategy.
• Plan and execute prospect and client engagement activities to build loyalty.
• Create and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, email marketing, social media, infographics, and print.
• Manage and update the firm's websites and social media platforms.
• Develop marketing campaigns to attract new clients and generate leads.
• Coordinate with external agencies for content creation.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze communication trends and recommend future strategies.
• Prepare performance reports using analytics tools.

Person Specification:

• Over 5 years of marketing, lead generation, and communication experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Excellent written skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• 2-3 years WordPress experience.
• Experience creating graphics for social media and web.
• 2-3 years social media management experience.

Preferred: a relevant degree (e.g., English) and experience in a volume-based law firm or lead-generating business.
