Job Description:

What's the role about?

Based in our London Head Office, the US Talent Partner will work closely with our Retail stakeholders in North America to source, identify and deliver best-in-class store management for our US retail teams.

You will be responsible for successfully managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business on time or ahead of schedule. You will help to define and deliver our global employer brand to prospective candidates and create an unforgettable experience for any individual who interacts with Reiss as part of the hiring process.

This role requires the successful candidate to operate across time zones; therefore, applicants should be flexible to work 3 fixed days from Monday to Friday, within the following working pattern:

Day 1 | 9am – 5.30pm (onsite at London Head Office)

Who you are

  • In-house or agency experience with knowledge and proven experience recruiting for US markets would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of recruiting for an established brand.
  • Ability to identify exceptional talent, measuring behaviours and skills in a virtual environment (MS Teams).
  • A reliable and focused self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills; able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • An experienced interviewer with the ability to be a true brand ambassador in a virtual setting.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

What you'll be doing

  • You will champion the Reiss employer brand for the US market, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience within your territory.
  • Proactively identify, source, and engage with relevant talent through direct applications, LinkedIn and networking.
  • You will act as the culture barometer for all applications; selecting candidates to be interviewed by your stakeholders and identifying those who do not meet our expectations for attitude and behaviours to be a success in our business.
  • Support multiple stakeholders with their requisitions, demonstrating a deep understanding of their store objectives and people needs, providing a true partnering service.
  • Deliver sourcing activities when required such as identifying target markets, market research, talent mapping and benchmarking.
  • Possess a desire to constantly strive to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the Talent function.

What we'll do for you

  • Provide you with a competitive salary
  • Company pension
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Plus many more
