Job description

What’s the role about?

Based in our London Head Office, the US Talent Partner will work closely with our Retail stakeholders in North America to source, identify, and deliver top-tier store management talent for our US retail teams.

You will be responsible for managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business efficiently. Additionally, you will help define and promote our global employer brand to prospective candidates and ensure a positive experience for all candidates interacting with Reiss during the hiring process.

This role requires operating across time zones. Applicants should be flexible to work three fixed days from Monday to Friday, following this schedule:

Day 1 | 9am – 5.30pm (onsite at London Head Office)

Day 2 | 1pm – 9.30pm (Remote working)

Day 3 | 1pm – 9.30pm (Remote working)

Who you are

  • Experience in-house or agency recruiting, preferably with knowledge of US markets.
  • Experience recruiting for established brands.
  • Ability to identify exceptional talent virtually, assessing behaviors and skills via MS Teams.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, with excellent time management; capable of prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experienced interviewer and brand ambassador in virtual settings.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent stakeholder and candidate experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Champion the Reiss employer brand in the US, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience within your territory.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through direct applications, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, selecting those who meet our expectations for attitude and behaviors.
  • Support stakeholders with requisitions, understanding their store objectives and staffing needs to provide a true partnership.
  • Conduct sourcing activities like market research, talent mapping, and benchmarking.
  • Strive to improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the Talent function.
