A leading company in the fashion retail sector is seeking a US Talent Partner to enhance their recruitment efforts for the US market. This role involves managing key vacancies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while championing the Reiss employer brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in US recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing talent. Based in our London Head Office, the US Talent Partner will work closely with our Retail stakeholders in North America to source, identify, and deliver best-in-class store management for our US retail teams.
You will be responsible for managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business on time or ahead of schedule. You will help define and deliver our global employer brand to prospective candidates and create an unforgettable experience for anyone interacting with Reiss during the hiring process.
This role requires operating across time zones. Applicants should be flexible to work 3 fixed days from Monday to Friday within the following pattern:
