Job description

What’s the role about?

Based in our London Head Office, the US Talent Partner will work closely with our Retail stakeholders in North America to source, identify, and deliver best-in-class store management for our US retail teams.

You will be responsible for managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business on time or ahead of schedule. You will help define and deliver our global employer brand to prospective candidates and create an unforgettable experience for anyone interacting with Reiss during the hiring process.

This role requires operating across time zones. Applicants should be flexible to work 3 fixed days from Monday to Friday within the following pattern:

  1. Day 1 | 9am – 5.30pm (onsite at London Head Office)
  2. Day 2 | 1pm – 9.30pm (Remote)
  3. Day 3 | 1pm – 9.30pm (Remote)
Who you are
  • In-house or agency experience with knowledge and proven success recruiting for US markets is highly advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting for an established brand.
  • Ability to identify exceptional talent, assessing behaviors and skills virtually (MS Teams).
  • A reliable, focused, self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experienced interviewer and brand ambassador in a virtual setting.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
What you’ll be doing
  • Champion the Reiss employer brand for the US market, owning the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract relevant talent via direct applications, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Act as the culture barometer, selecting candidates for interviews and identifying those who align with our attitude and behavior expectations.
  • Support multiple stakeholders by understanding their store objectives and people needs, providing a true partnering service.
  • Conduct sourcing activities such as market research, talent mapping, and benchmarking.
  • Continuously strive to improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the Talent function.
