Job description

What’s the role about?

Based in our London Head Office, the US Talent Partner will work closely with our Retail stakeholders in North America to source, identify, and deliver best-in-class store management for our US retail teams.

You will be responsible for managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business on time or ahead of schedule. You will help define and deliver our global employer brand to prospective candidates and create an unforgettable experience for anyone interacting with Reiss during the hiring process.

This role requires operating across time zones. Applicants should be flexible to work 3 fixed days from Monday to Friday, following this pattern:

  1. Day 1: 9am – 5.30pm (onsite at London Head Office)
  2. Day 2: 1pm – 9.30pm (Remote working)
  3. Day 3: 1pm – 9.30pm (Remote working)

Who you are

  • Experience in-house or agency recruiting, especially for US markets, is highly advantageous.
  • Experience recruiting for an established brand.
  • Ability to identify exceptional talent and assess behaviors and skills virtually (MS Teams).
  • A reliable, focused, self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experienced interviewer and brand ambassador in a virtual setting.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Champion the Reiss employer brand for the US market, managing end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage with relevant talent through direct applications, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Act as a culture barometer, selecting suitable candidates and filtering out those who do not meet our attitude and behavior expectations.
  • Support stakeholders with requisitions, understanding their store objectives and people needs, providing a true partnership.
  • Conduct sourcing activities such as market research, talent mapping, and benchmarking.
  • Strive to improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the Talent function.
