Production Supervisor

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Hours: 6:30am – 3:15pm, Sunday to Thursday

Salary: £40,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee production lines, managing daily operations
• Monitor and manage daily performance indicators and KPIs within the packhouse
• Support the production team with daily tasks, including coaching, training, and basic machine maintenance
• Participate in daily meetings and provide reports to address performance issues and general concerns
• Conduct start-up checks and ensure adherence to customer specifications during production
• Ensure team members are properly trained and consistently follow SOPs, Health & Safety procedures, and product specifications

What we are looking for:

• Previous Supervisory or Management experience within FMCG or Fresh Produce (essential)
• Physically fit (essential)
• Experience in using an SAP system (desirable)
• Previous experience in overlooking and operating packing machines (desirable)
• Flexible attitude and happy working in KPI driven environment (essential)
