About the role:
This is a brilliant opportunity to join our People Team and be part of something exciting. As our HR Administrator, you’ll be a key player in keeping our core people processes tight, tidy, and on point. From onboarding new team members to managing employee records and responding to queries, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a great experience for everyone who works here.

Key Goals & Objectives:
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate HR admin support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Help create a brilliant experience for all our people by ensuring key HR processes are efficient, compliant, and people-focused

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and internal standards
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, letters, and references
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction planning and exit logistics
  • Manage employee benefit administration and respond to queries in a helpful, clear way
  • Handle the HR inbox, providing timely and professional responses
  • Maintain and update HR policies and documentation to ensure accessibility and clarity
  • Support employee relations activity with admin tasks such as note-taking and case tracking
  • Assist with engagement initiatives and company-wide HR projects


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous experience in an HR admin or similar support role
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, you care about getting things right
  • Confident communication skills, written and verbal
  • A good understanding of basic HR principles and UK employment law
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • A problem-solving mindset, you spot issues and take action
  • Friendly, helpful, and people-focused approach to everything you do
  • Experience with HRIS (we use HiBob), Google Suite, and PinPoint is a plus
