Job summary

Xyla has a number of exciting opportunities across the UK! As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, you will deliver our health improvement programmes to service users referred by their local GPs. You will guide service users through group and/or 1:1 sessions, helping them achieve their health goals through informed instruction, education, and inspirational support. This is a rewarding role where your contribution can be life-changing!

Please note: Before delivering sessions, you will undergo 3-4 weeks of training and onboarding. A driver’s license is required as you'll be traveling to community spaces across your designated locations, with travel expenses covered. You will also be responsible for storing delivery equipment (laptop, scales, projector, stadiometer) for daily sessions.

  • Conduct group sessions across your region and support 1:1 sessions as needed

  • Handle and upload sensitive data accurately, maintaining service user records
