Job Description:

Line Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and motivated Supervisor to join our team! As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, managing, rewarding, and motivating team members to ensure their daily success, as well as identifying and executing process and procedure improvements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Set clear team goals and hold team members accountable
2. Delegate tasks and set deadlines
3. Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance
4. Create a healthy and motivating work environment
5. Maintain exceptional safety standards
6. Uphold high-quality standards
7. Ensure environmental compliance
8. Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
9. Motivate team members
10. Identify training needs and provide coaching
11. Listen to team feedback and resolve issues or conflicts
12. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and quality expectations
13. Support material and inventory management initiatives
14. Promote a culture of continuous improvement
15. Have a basic understanding of financials, budgets, COGS, and variances

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role
• 2-3 years in manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:

The listed pay range is the base pay Satellite Shelters, Inc./Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, location, and client requirements.
