Job Description:

Based from home and working within the fast-growing BauWatch UK sales team, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on Regional Sales within East Anglia and surrounding areas. You will be targeted to manage and grow both new and existing business.

In this role, you will be responsible for sales within your specific region and will work closely as a key part of the Central based Sales Team. This will include identifying, negotiating, and closing contracts with the aim of maximizing market and sector penetration. You will support your peers and assist during times of illness and holiday.

With a primary focus on construction, you will prospect at both office and site levels, targeting built infrastructure and non-building assets.

Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is imperative!

Key Tasks to Include:

  • Prepare and deliver customer or market-based business plans to maximize revenue growth within East Anglia.
  • Support other regional salespersons with leads and conversions in their territories and work collaboratively to achieve national targets.
  • Use all available internal and external resources to research relevant markets and customers, ensuring opportunities are maximized.
  • Create and record new sales opportunities through targeted approaches, generating additional revenue channels.
  • Promote the BauWatch brand, core values, and mission statement.
  • Play an active role in growing the BauWatch value proposition in the UK and establishing us as the industry market leader.
  • Ensure full compliance with all H&S requirements, including the use of correct PPE at all times.

About You

  • Salary £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
