We are seeking a qualified individual with experience in facility security, personnel vetting, security systems maintenance, security risk assessment, emergency response, training and drills, interfacing with local services, and adherence to IAEA standards.

This unique opportunity involves supporting the implementation, commissioning, management, and operation of the University’s new alpha radionuclide laboratory. The role includes leading security efforts and reporting to the Nuclear Laboratory Control Manager (NLCM). You will work within the Nuclear Compliance core team and collaborate with academic and technical staff.
Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, Environmental Permitting Regulations, Nuclear Industries Security Regulations, and related standards, supporting environmental, radiological safety, and security compliance.
