Project Support Administrator required for my client, a leading awning designer and manufacturer, based near Greenwich, London.
Job Overview
As the Project Support Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company's sales department.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls, providing a professional and helpful first point of contact.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotes, pro forma invoices, and sales orders.
- Maintain records and tracking systems for sales vehicles, ensuring availability and documentation are up-to-date.
- Track and manage sales commissions and related documentation.
- Assist with processing sales-related expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate administrative logistics including mobile phones, insurance renewals, and company-related assets for the sales team.
- Liaise directly with clients to provide updates, respond to queries, and offer support throughout the sales process.
- Ensure client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks including filing, document management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or order processing software is an advantage.
- Based within a commutable distance of Greenwich, London.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum - DOE.
- Full-time role - Monday to Friday.
