Application Development & Support Manager

Salary: £90,000 - £112,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid - London

Role Overview:

Lead the delivery of the organisation's deposits roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing applications are developed and supported. Oversee technical design, development, implementation, and support of systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver robust applications using Microsoft.NET, Azure Cloud, SSIS, and APIs.
  • Manage and evolve core platforms like Deposits Portals and Siebel CRM.
  • Lead a team of developers and manage external suppliers to deliver technical solutions.
  • Drive agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • Ensure stability and performance of applications through effective release and operational management.
  • The role requires someone who remains reasonably technical but also has experience in managing teams, ideally outsourced teams.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
  • Strong background in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM integrations (preferably Siebel/MS Dynamics).
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams and third-party suppliers.
