Job Opportunity: TPI Sales Team Manager

One of the fastest growing renewable energy suppliers is seeking an experienced TPI Sales Team Manager to join its successful sales division.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving net margin growth through third-party Intermediaries (TPIs) and direct sales. As the Sales Team Manager of the Strategic Account Executive team, you will oversee the sales process for new business and renewals, focusing on major Industrial and Commercial customers and grouped customer portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with TPIs to enhance sales growth and pipeline management.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets for new business and renewals.
  • Oversee the sales process for large industrial and commercial clients.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous B2B industrial and commercial energy sales experience.
  • Experience working with and developing TPI relationships.
  • Knowledge of fixed energy supply products.
  • Experience in developing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Practical experience of the UK energy supply industry.
