A leading provider of housing and care services in the UK is seeking a Group Commercial Solicitor based in Gloucester. The role involves providing legal advice on commercial dispute resolution and managing a diverse caseload. Mears are now looking to recruit a Group Commercial Solicitor for our Legal Department. The role will be based in Gloucester with remote working flexibility.

About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide legal advice and strategy to Mears Group in managing and dealing with commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Working closely with senior leaders of the business and playing a key role within the Mears Legal Department, the successful candidate will manage their own caseload of varied, interesting, and challenging work, in a fast-paced environment. This role provides a real opportunity to contribute to the future success of the business.
