Key Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, focusing on B2C contractual and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotional arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with German and EU laws, including consumer protection, data privacy (GDPR), and e-commerce regulations.
