Job Title: Mortgage Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Salary & Benefits: £24,000 - £26,000 PA DOE (Experience in financial services required for the higher end of the salary bracket)

The Role:

As part of the Mortgage Administration team, you will handle client needs through effective communication and administration, supporting Mortgage Consultants and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Daily Duties Include:
  • Handling client enquiries efficiently
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings
  • Managing daily administration tasks, including transacting mortgage cases and supporting clients and consultants
  • Liaising with providers for seamless service
  • Using software for data entry and database management
  • Supporting client relations through regular communication
  • Coordinating office procedures with the Head of Mortgage Administration
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Ideal Candidate Attributes:

We seek someone with experience in client care, ideally in professional services, who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. You should be personable, punctual, IT literate, and adaptable.
