This individual will support the mortgage operations, advisor partners, and customers, ensuring a seamless mortgage and protection process. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks from application to completion. Enjoy flexible hybrid working, predominantly home-based, with optional monthly visits to their Bath office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, knowledgeable of mortgage procedures, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.What is on offer?

Key responsibilities:

• Progress mortgage & protection applications to completion
• Discuss additional services with clients to create opportunities
• Achieve and exceed targets
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs, providers, solicitors, and clients
• Ensure documentation and communications are properly recorded
• Maintain a clean company pipeline

Skills and experience required:

• At least 1 year’s mortgage administration experience
• Excellent planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of mortgage processes and regulations
