In this role you will:
  • Provide an excellent level of Customer Service
  • Be able to connect with Customers in writing and verbally
  • Adhere to all legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements at all times
  • Develop a sound knowledge of the Mortgage process
  • Perform processing tasks to defined levels of efficiency and accuracy, working within departmental policies and procedures
  • Enforce the Bank's core values to enable success, teamwork and excellent customer service

The Home Buying & Ownership department is responsible for the end to end processing of new and existing mortgages consisting of all administrative tasks whilst meeting legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements.

The department operates in a strong customer focused environment which is at the forefront of all decision making whilst managing fluctuating business volumes, increasing competition, stretching service targets and rapid change.
