Join NEXT as a Compliance Coordinator and play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our supplier and customer network.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to oversee onboarding and risk monitoring of over 5,000 suppliers and customers at NEXT. Based within Finance Operations, this business-critical role supports a team of 6 and works closely with Compliance, Legal, and Business Directors.

You'll manage end-to-end compliance processes, assess suppliers from an anti-money laundering and fraud risk perspective, and continuously improve monitoring practices to stay ahead of emerging risks. Strong judgment, data skills, and collaboration are essential—especially as we transition to a new ERP system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and coordinate all compliance-related steps for supplier onboarding or changes, ensuring timely and accurate completion across all stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth anti-money laundering and fraud prevention reviews, escalating issues where necessary, and applying sound judgment.
• Monitor and assess ongoing risk across our supplier and customer base, enhancing business-as-usual (BAU) processes to address emerging compliance threats.
• Use data and analytics platforms to streamline risk oversight and strengthen decision-making.
• Support the team through the implementation of a new ERP system and contribute to process development during this transition.
