Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to design discussions

• Develop a strong understanding of their Transaction Monitoring (TM) products, their implementation, and the business services they support

• Maintain and evolve comprehensive documentation that defines the end-to-end data model, covering extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and usage within target applications

• Write clear, high-quality user stories and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering team members

• Apply advanced data querying and analytics techniques to extract insights, produce reports, and deliver actionable intelligence

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL; experience with Hadoop or other big data environments is a plus

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, including data mapping and transformation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently explore and analyze data

• Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language

• Experience within the data and financial services domain
