MFN Transportation Tech is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to support our upcoming Easy Ship launch in the UK. Our team:

The MFN Transportation Tech team manages transportation relationships and the technology platform that enables sellers to ship Amazon orders across the EU. We collaborate with carrier partners to offer cost-effective, fast, and reliable shipping services to Amazon Sellers. Our Technical Product Managers own the platform roadmap to enhance seller experience and improve shipping services.

This role is based in our London offices.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Monitor operations performance and collaborate with teams (EU MFN, Customer Service, Seller Support, Product) to address issues.
2. Support in developing mechanisms to resolve seller-reported issues.
3. Monitor and resolve seller-impacting operational tickets.
4. Collect and analyze seller contacts and feedback.
5. Partner with operations and business teams to monitor KPIs.
6. Prepare business reviews for senior management.
7. Provide updates on key projects to stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in economics, business, logistics, or computing).
• Fluent English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in operations management, logistics, transportation, or working directly with Amazon Sellers.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of operational KPIs.
• Experience with operational dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic understanding of transportation/shipping systems.
