We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to oversee maintenance services across a large regional estate in Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties. The role demands strong leadership of planned and reactive maintenance, with a focus on safety, compliance and value-for-money.

The position is hybrid, based in Nottingham, with responsibility for coordinating contractors, ensuring safe systems, and driving customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Competenze

• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance services within FM/estates environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors and supply chain partners.
• Technical competence in building, civil, electrical or mechanical disciplines.
• HNC or equivalent technical qualification.
• Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a dispersed estate.
• Coordinate supply chain partners to ensure work is planned and resourced.
• Ensure works are undertaken safely and in accordance with legislation and MoD requirements.
• Review RAMS and ensure controls are in place.
• Record documentation through CAFM system and maintain compliance.
• Coach and supervise teams and partners to promote safety and performance.
• Provide technical advice and identify opportunities for additional works.
• Manage small billable works from scope to completion.
