Job summary

Qualifications

• Analyse KPI and other data to assess operator compliance and advise follow-up actions.
• Conduct desk-based assessments (DBAs), gathering and evaluating information to identify compliance issues and agree appropriate actions with operators.
• Assess new applications, audit reports, prohibitions and compliance history to support effective decision making within the Earned Recognition scheme.

Responsibilities

• Analyse KPI and other relevant data and information to assess operator compliance and make evidence-based decisions and recommendations on appropriate follow-up action.
• Conduct desk-based assessments (DBAs), gathering and evaluating information to identify compliance issues and agree appropriate actions with operators
• Assess new applications, audit reports, prohibitions and compliance history to support effective decision making within the Earned Recognition scheme.
• Investigate prohibitions, notices and other compliance issues, gathering evidence from internal and external sources to determine appropriate action
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to assess cases and reach informed decisions on appropriate further action
• Provide advice and guidance to operators, auditors and colleagues, while developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve the Earned Recognition scheme and represent DVSA at events.
