Government Recruitment Service is hiring an Earned Recognition Examiner in Chadderton, UK. The role involves analyzing KPI data, assessing applications and audit reports to ensure compliance, and advising operators and auditors on follow-up actions.

You will work with DVSA colleagues and external stakeholders to maintain scheme integrity, develop improvements, and represent DVSA at industry events. Experience in transport sector or enforcement is desirable.

Competenze

• Able to analyse KPI and other data to identify compliance issues and propose actions.
• Experience in assessing applications, audit reports and KPI data for decision making.
• Good knowledge of transport industry or enforcement principles is desirable.

Mansioni

• Analyse KPI and other data to assess operator compliance and propose follow-up actions.
• Conduct desk-based assessments (DBAs) and gather information to identify issues and actions.
• Assess applications, audit reports and compliance history to support decisions in Earned Recognition.
• Investigate prohibitions and other compliance issues, gathering evidence to determine actions.
• Work with colleagues to assess cases and reach informed decisions on further action.
• Provide guidance to operators, auditors and IT suppliers while building stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the Earned Recognition scheme and its processes.
• Represent DVSA and promote Earned Recognition at meetings and events.
