Job summary

GTG Training is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor on behalf of Allied Vehicles. Earn while you learn in a hands-on apprenticeship within the automotive parts environment in Scotland. The role covers receiving and dispatching parts, assisting customers, and maintaining stock systems as you train.

Based in Glasgow, you will gain practical experience, learn about vehicle parts, and develop sales and service skills through a Modern Apprenticeship Programme with regular assessments and reviews.

Qualifications

National 4 English and Maths achieved or expected.
Admin or Computer Studies background preferred.
Keen to learn and build a career in automotive parts.
Good communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Receive and dispatch parts within the workshop.
Deal with customer enquiries and provide product advice.
Source parts for customers and technical staff.
Update computer systems and maintain accurate records.
