Job summary

Allied Vehicles Group is offering an Apprenticeship in Parts advising within their garage workshop. You will learn to receive/dispense parts, answer customer queries, and support the parts team while working full-time. The Modern Apprenticeship Programme enables earning while learning in a hands-on training environment.

Regular reviews ensure you gain required skills for successful completion. A driving licence is preferred but not essential, and applications are welcome from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Must have or expect to gain National 4 or above in English and Maths and an Admin/Computer Studies subject is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK Driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch parts to customers and technicians.
• Deal with customer enquiries and source parts for customers and staff.
• Update computer systems and order required parts, components or accessories.
