Job summary
GAP Group Apprentices in the United Kingdom is seeking an Apprentice Hire & Sales Co-ordinator (HSC). You will be enrolled in a blended learning programme and gain NVQ Level 2 in Hire Desk Operations through on-the-job experience and online training with a leading provider.
The two-year Apprenticeship Programme covers essential skills to run an effective hire desk, including stock control, purchasing, driving sales and handling customer queries while coordinating drivers to ensure customer needs
Qualifications
- 4 National 4's OR GCSEs Grades C or above.
- Interest in customer service and sales.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and IT skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn to run an effective hire desk, including stock control and purchasing.
- Assist in driving sales and handling customer queries.
- Coordinate drivers to meet customer needs.
- Support back-office tasks and credit control as part of the role.
