The apprenticeship covers running a hire desk, stock control, purchasing, driving sales and handling customer queries while coordinating drivers. Starting salaries for under 18 are £16,224 and for 18+ £17,860, with progression to National
Qualifications
- GCSE Grades C/D
- Interest in customer service and sales
- High attention to detail
- Good communication and IT skills
Responsibilities
- Run an effective hire desk and manage day-to-day enquiries
- Support stock control and purchasing activities
- Coordinate drivers to meet customer needs
- Assist in sales activities and back office administration
