GAP Group Ltd. Newcastle plant is hiring an Apprentice Hire & Sales Co-ordinator (HSC). The two-year blended learning programme combines on-the-job training with online modules to gain NVQ Level 2 in Hire Desk Operations.

You will learn stock control, purchasing, and how to run a busy hire desk. You’ll develop customer service and sales skills, coordinate drivers, handle queries, and support back office tasks.

Qualifications

• 4 National 4's OR GCSE's Grades C or above.
• Keen interest in customer service and sales.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run an effective hire desk including stock control and purchasing.
• Drive sales and manage customer queries effectively.
• Coordinate drivers to meet customers' needs.
• Complete NVQ Level 2 Hire Desk Operations through blended learning.
